He has prior experience working with media, consulting and infrastructure firms and has a keen eye for details to lead the end-to-end implementation of Talent Acquisition solutions. He started this voyage to establish Talenti as one of the foremost search firm across India and Worldwide. He co-founded two other startups in HR and L&D domain.

Through his exceptional acquaintance and knowledge developed him as creative TA leader in the industry. He has been into HR industry for the last 19 years and has immense exposure in understanding the industry developments, latest technologies which helps generating new business, domain and ventures.
